Construction Trades Partnership, Inc.

The LCHBA has established a partnership with the Las Cruces Public School District to train high school students in the construction trades and provide affordable housing. A non-profit corporation, the Construction Trades Partnership, Inc., was formed to manage construction of homes. The goal of the program is for the students to build one new home per year. LCHBA members are invited to participate in the construction of the homes. The Construction Trades Partnership, Inc. welcomes donations of products and services for the homes, sponsorships, and underwriterships.
