If you are interested in becoming a member of the Las Cruces Home Builders Association, you have the option to apply in person, by fax, or online.

I acknowledge that as a member of the Las Cruces Home Builders Association (LCHBA), I am also a member of the parent federation, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the state chapter, New Mexico Home Builders Association (NMHBA); and that I will abide by each organization's policies and bylaws.

Annual dues for membership in LCHBA, NAHB, and NMHBA are $675 for Builders, $575 for Associates, $225 for Affiliates. Included in your payment of dues is a subscription for Builders Magazine and Nation's Building News. These amounts cannot be deducted from the total amount. The following processing fees will apply when paying by credit card: American Express 2.85% and Visa & Master Card 3.91%.

Dues payments to the Las Cruces Home Builders Association are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. However, dues payments may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expense, subject to an exclusion for lobbying activity. Because a portion of your dues is used for lobbying by NAHB and NMHBA, $47.00 for Builder and Associate members and $13.25 for Affiliate members are not deductible for income tax purposes.
